Notre histoire

Specialist in culinary flavors since 1977, Popol is a reference in the delicatessen sector.

Our story begins in Les Lecques in a small shop where the back shop acted as a culinary laboratory. It is here that were born the "well known" Popol vinegars with fruit pulp, flagship product of the brand.

Our production has grown over the years, our craft preparations are now concocted in our laboratory of more than 1200 m2 near the Castellet circuit in Signes in the Var department. We favor local raw materials, to give our products the taste of Provence.

Our motto: Authenticity, quality, tradition and value of our regional heritage.

Historically placed in the district of Les Lecques in the town of Saint Cyr sur Mer (Var) our shop is the reflection of our product range. We have the pleasure of receiving throughout the year loyal customers as well as our tourist friends who come to visit our beautiful region. As a result, we have been awarded by the Qualité Tourisme label, a reward for our commitment in terms of quality of reception and preservation of traditions.

Our family has grown in April 2018 and we are delighted to welcome you now in our second shop in the medieval village of Castellet.
